Courts, the DMV, employers, and licensing boards commonly require one — though many people also choose to get an evaluation on their own or at the encouragement of a family member.

Soul Solutions is happy to submit to your insurance. A fee of $150 is often required for court-ordered or DUI evaluations. Professional licensing board evaluations are $300. Call us to confirm your coverage before your appointment.

No two cases are exactly the same, but most evaluations take approximately 90 minutes.

In most cases, you’ll receive your recommendations the same day. If additional collateral information is required, results may take longer.

Yes. Your evaluation is confidential. Before your results are shared, you will sign a written authorization specifying exactly who receives them — whether that’s a court, an employer, a licensing board, or another party you designate.
